Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Dream Home's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Dream Home from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
